Seller Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel at any time by
notifying Shopper Delight. Upon cancellation, any accumulated sales fees due will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your Sales Fee Account, depending on your
Plan. If, after your final sales fees are deducted, you have a positive balance, exceeding $1, in your Plan 2 Sales Fee Account, the balance will be returned to you via Check within 6 weeks.
When someone places an order with you on Shopper Delight, your 6% sales fee becomes due. If you do not get paid by the buyer for any reason, the sales fee is still applies for the order placed. In this respect, no sales fees are refunded.
Involuntary Cancellations
Shopper Delight may cancel your buyer or seller account at any time with or without reason, and with or without notification to you. Upon cancellation, any remaining sales fees will be immediately collected. If, after your final sales fees are collected, you have a positive balance, exceeding $1, in a Plan 2 Sales Fee Account, the balance will be returned to you via Check within 6 weeks, providing no legal judgements are pending.
